I waited weeks for the shoes to arrive. The plastic bag was left in the bushes. Good thing we found them. They look just like they were pictured on line however, they are so thin and certainty not orthopedic wear. There's no arch to speak of and no support because of the thin material. No sense in trying to return them after reading everyone else's problems. It will cost more 5han they are worth. Learn from all of us!! Oct.,2025

Ordered narrow shoes. Took a month to be delivered. No narrow. Website not operational - cannot return.
Do not buy shoes from here.

Cheap shoes took weeks to show up. No paperwork in bag. Return policy states to email them for an address to send them to, stating "Don't use the website address". I'm sure my money is gone.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. In three weeks I received these shoes. These shoes were not what I ordered had no size, name etc. with bad quality. I tried to return these shoes but couldn't because these is no communication (no phone). I sent emails on the web but didn't get any answer.
This is a bad fraud company from China and will take your money and send you poor quality shoes.
Please do not order anything from this company.

Quality control is lacking. Customer service is a non-event.
Do not purchase from this company/site.

Scam

I ordered a pair of shoes from them. They didn't fit. In spite of numerous attempts to contact them about a return, I seem to have dropped off the face of the earth after they got my money. Five attempts starting 9/26: no response. I suspect that this company is a scam.

This is a scam company. Poor cheap quality items and unable to return product as no return information and when emailed company kept getting run around. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Sandals described as being made from Italian leather were actually made from cheap vinyl. Email to customer service requesting return, response: send photos of product and shipping label so we can be sure it was from us. Sent them. Response: offer 15% of purchase as refund, and suggested gifting the sandlals to my friends or family who would be happy with such a gift.Really? Size 10 vinyl sandals? email: have complied with all requirements of return, want refund. response: you have to pay shipping and it's to China. In one of their responses they claimed their products were all of high quality and had been thoroughly inspected to ensure this--as though writing this made it true.

Shoes are not as pictured and very uncomfortable. Can't get ahold of customer service. What a total scam! I will be donating 2 pair of shoes ($75) to DAV.
Do not order from this company. Lesson learned!!

My experience was awful. The shoes are cheaply made. Feels like heavy plastic. The picture is not representative of what you receive. I usually don’t get scammed but this is definitely got me. The shoes looked like a pair I bought from a reputable store. Unfortunately, not the case.

Do not buy from them! It’s absolute scam! I tried several times to contact customer service for the return label and kept going nowhere. The men shoes I ordered come in different sizes, so, I was offered a 15% refund or pay for shipping to China. I can’t use them at all, despite their website states that it’s 30 day guarantee refund!? Also, they don’t provide a phone number for customer support!

It’s a scam! Don’t fall for it!!
First of all, you can find the exact same shoes on Amazon for less than half the price, even after their so-called sale.
Second, they sent me the wrong size. After I sent them photos of the shoes and labels to prove it, I asked them to take them back and send the correct size. Instead, they only offered me a 15% refund if I kept the wrong shoes, or the option to return them to China at my own expense for a full refund. They refused to refund me or provide a return label!

Will not buy again. This is a China Company, selling as Theorthowalk , processing payments as Zhengzhi and part of Hong Kong Ba Ding Trading Ltd. They offer 30 day return at full credit, but do not disclose requiring return to China at great expense, nor the requirement to send them picture of shoe showing size and the label so they can ID it as theirs that was sent in a thin plastic bag, but they require return to be fully cushioned to withstand freight to China and your enclosing a copy of the pictures of shoes and label in the return.. They will offer 15% and then 25% off to have you keep shoes.

If returning at high cost of postage to China, you must send copy of return mailing label and pertinent return info. They will then check to see that the shoes you are returning was sent by them and if so will issue credit (they don't say amount) less any freight that was not paid by you in the return.

Shoes received were poorly made and of inexpensive material. They did not conform with the excellent description on their selling site.

shoes took 3 weeks to get her. dealing with oversea Website offers refund. they came in poorly packed and didn't fit. to get a refund is taking 6 email requests (no phone number or address is listed). Then they want photos of the shoes, the bags it came in and the picture of the envelope shipping label that they came in. Leather was so thin, quality poor, no arch support and dont fit well .

This company is a TOTAL SCAM! They show a photo of a nice pair of leather sandals for a good price but deliver a very poor quality sandal that isn't even leather. When I requested a refund, I was offered a 15% refund. Their refund policy states that they would refund the price minus shipping costs. A total lie.

The product looks very cheap. Customer support hard and impossible to reach. Do NOT buy there.

RE:Order#38113 I ordered two pairs of shoes and received wrong sizes for both. Eventhough the order confirmation showed full refund, the customer service only agreed 10% refund and asked me to give them away to friends who can wear them. After 6 emails exchanged, they only can provide 20% refund. I would give them 0 star if I can. Please don't be fooled by the ads.

I recently purchased women's wedge orthopedic sandals that were described as "leather" and the picture clearly showed a quality product made of leather. However, the sandals that I received were not made of leather, but probably a plethora, or other faux leather; not ever worth the deep discount. The company indicates that returns are easy; however, the return items must be returned to Hong Kong, which costs more than the items are worth. To be fair, the information is included in the site information. I'm just adding it here as a reminder to read the fine print.

Actually no stars for this transaction! The company fails to disclose the origin of the order’s shipment. I was informed that the item was not available at the local warehouse, prompting the decision to ship it from China. The purchased item deviated significantly from the product’s depiction, resembling inexpensive cardboard enclosed in tattered and thin paper. The stringent return policy appears unjustified in light of these circumstances.

Do not waste your money and time. This place is a scam. I paid for faster shipping, but it's been three weeks and I still haven't received it. I think the shipment originated from deep within Asia, and customer service is barely available. I have been asking for a refund of the expedited shipping with zero response.
