The car arrived immaculate and the staff were very helpful every step of the way from booking to delivery, to customer service (extension request) to collection! 10/10 service and will most definitely be using the OUT again! Thank you very much to the team for making it a pleasant experience and accommodating my requirements!

The Out charged my card 3 additional times after my rental was completed with no explanation provided for the charges

The service was good however the mild hybrid Land Rover was somewhat disappointing. With a full load of passengers and bags it was pretty sluggish. I disnt think I had ordered an electric vehicle and I didn’t appreciate it. When the battery was discharged, out in the country, I had no way of charging it back up. Otherwise fine.

Great service, great car. The only change I would make is having a contact number to be able to actually speak to a member of staff as the chat is not always immediate.

Car great, handover/pickup efficient. However I would have liked to have a bit more of an explanation of the car at the handover. (‚Have you never driven one of these??‘ doesnt help..).
Also, I asked how the back seats go down. That was never done before clearly by neither of the gentlemen.
Since you have only a few models on offer, it should be easy for you to train your staff at least to a minimum level on the basic features of your few car models.

Excellent service! Changes were quickly made over email/ via the app. Pickup and drop off was swift and easy (and also enjoyed my conversations with the team) and the car (Range Rover Sport) is a very enjoyable driving experience

Delivery and pick-up were on time. Staff was very helpful throughtout. Car was in impeccable condition. Will use them next time I need a rental.

Hiring a Range Rover from The Out was a fantastic experience. Seamless booking, on-time delivery, and an immaculate car that was a joy to drive. Professional, hassle-free, and genuinely premium service. Highly recommended!

Needed a comfortable car to take 3 friends plus golf equipment down to France for a long weekend. The Out delivered! Good customer service and refreshingly simple in terms of EU driving and additional driver coverage without extortionate extra fees. Also, delivery and collection to your door was a major plus over comparable offerings from the traditional Avis Prestige / Major Car rental offerings. The RR Sport we hired was perfect for the journey and factory fresh. Only downsides: 1) The deposit of £5000 held on your credit card is not returned for a few days after the rental so if you don't have a particularly long line of credit this can be a bit of a nuisance. 2) Out of hours assistance is limited (though my enquiries were quickly responded to via e-mail)

Lack of phone interaction (live chat/email only) was off putting as was account sign up &need to reset password repeatedly. It will be rare Im sure but if like myself still have old style paper driving license because of principles it will be difficult. That said I was accommodated & staff ,vehicle & service is 100%.

First time using The Out. My client specifically requested a Range Rover for their trip to the UK, which I initially thought would be difficult to source, until I discovered The Out. The simplicity with which I was able to source the vehicle, ask questions and receive speedy responses and upload the required documents seemed too good to be true, but The Out made the entire process incredibly easy. The vehicle was delivered on time and picked up just as promptly. Clean, smooth process. The team was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention I was coordinating this reservation from the States, but the time difference made no difference. I thoroughly enjoyed the seamless process and look forward to booking with The Out in the future.

The car delivered was top spec., around 2 months old and with low miles. It was clean and felt brand new. I was also pleased to see it was a colour variant. Delivery was on time and collection was seamless. The staff were polite. Nothing to fault in the whole process. Will use again, thank you.
