very limited feedback, the proof reading looks like never done, only feedback on the appearance of the poster that can be done by any unspecialised person.

If you are unhappy after receiving your edited poster, we'd recommend contacting us first and we will resolve any issues within 24 hours. However, the first we have heard of this is here through this review.
After checking your order, I can see that your poster had many comments of feedback and was thoroughly edited (formatting/language/style). As posters are edited on PowerPoint, there is no track changes - however, if you compare the two posters, the changes are obvious.

Very pleased with the help on CV
I was confused about how to change my husband's CV! The CV was messy and consisted mainly of paragraphs. The Page Doctor helped to identify and pick out important points that should form the CV and created a better format to use.
I would highly recommend them to my friends and will be using them in the future with other documents.

I recommend for first draft.
Because of the quantity of comments you receive, which I much appreciate, I recommend the page doctor for the initial copy of your personal statement. It did, however, make me less confident in my personal statement. However, some of the corrections don't make sense, and I appreciate that the editors have other obligations and are on a tight deadline.

Average service this time
This is the second time to use this service.
The first time, I was very happy with the feedback/corrections.
However, this second time I ended up average happy with the corrections.
This came as, upon correction, the whole context of many primary sentences was changed, thus leading to false information or also to sentences that didn't make sense. This was the case for many sentences!
I had to re-write many changed/corrected sentences all over again!!!
I had the impression the review didn't get the points addressed which probably resulted in such changes.
However, when the context of the sentences was not changed, I think the suggestions and editing were helpful to improve the quality of the material I submitted.
I am not sure if the first editor had more experience in the field than the second one, but maybe sending the materials to the editors that best fit with the field would maybe be a suggestion to include in the submission procedure and also might significantly improve the potential feedbacks.

Ordered the proofreading and feedback service for a piece of research work. The feedback given was extensive and provided changes and lots of actionable comments to apply to my work. It was also returned within the selected time frame. Overall i think its worth the price and would reccomend this service to anyone looking to level up their work!
