Their Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! I have order 3 times and have received NOTHING. They sure took my money but never respond to any of the dozen emails I have sent them asking for a REFUND! This company is a total SCAM! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I received my order on time. Good quality product.

Scam website by Manpreet Singh who lives on 15 edenbrook hill drive, Brampton ON L7A 1X1. I tried to call them on 647-824-3714 but no one replied.

I placed my order and I have not received it at all. I tried to contact the seller and I have had no response. They have stole my money. This was supposed to be a gift. After a little research, I have learned that this website is owned by Indians named Manpreet Singh who lives on 15 edenbrook hill drive, Brampton ON L7A 1X1, Canada I called their number at 647-824-3714 and they just hung up on me.

This company is 100% a scam. I placed an order in April. Was given fake tracking info via FedEx in May after filing a claim with PayPal. They waited until the very last day before the claim closed then provided a second fake tracking number, this time through USPS. Seller uses name gamprs when charging via PayPal. Do not order from this Scammer site!!

Ordered a painting weeks ago and LONG before I even received a confirmation of my order, I asked that it be cancelled because I would no longer be at the address it would be shipped to. Over and over and over I asked that it be cancelled. ZERO communication. Then I was given a tracking number which FedEx does not have in their system OR you can track it via some ridiculous app they want you to download which is invasive as it asks for unnecessary permissions, such as camera and microphone. 100% scam. No way to contact a live person, no way to cancel an order, no way to track an order. Pissed that I wasted 40 bucks! When it did arrive? In LATE JUNE! Not only was I gone from that residence but it was THE WRONG PAINTING

I believe this site is a fraud. I had a bad experience with another paint by numbers site, OriginalPaintbyNumber.com, which is clearly a fraud. I submitted a complaint with the BBB, as did many other individuals, and they are flooded with bad reviews on many sites, including Trust Pilot and Facebook. Magically, their original site is "no longer available" and now i'm getting emails from this company, The Painting Kit, which I have never visited before or subscribed to, and it looks eerily similar to the original fraudulent site. Also, the address they are claiming on their site (in Los Angeles) is not a legitimate address. Try searching it, the only thing that comes up is a "sky delivery service" but there are no results on google maps or apple maps.

Please do not buy with this company before confirming they are legit. I will be adding to my BBB complaint.
