Cannot beat the cost, valet service and security offered by The Parking Spot. They will be the only one I use from now on.

Their self-service was easy to access at the exit and entrance points.

They always have fast and friendly service at an affordable price. The shuttles are constantly running and its easy to tip the drivers via venmo or with a QR code. They have better discounts than most and run promotions all year long. I don't use anyone else.

If there's a wait, it's small. The drivers are always eager to help with bags and our travel is less stressful knowing our vehicles are safe with you. We're especially grateful for your reasonable rates, especially with coupons. Buffalo is lucky to have theParkingSpot as a travel option!

The secured and well-lit parking lot is close to the airport. The drivers are courteous and helpful. The app is easy to use.

Friendly and calm staff as travel can be stressful. They don't complicated that nor do they add to it. I also like that there is a van almost always on the way. :) Not sure the app is up to par but it can be helpful. Thanks for the ride!

Perfect location! Easy to find, easy access to the airport and back. The shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly and always well worth their tips!

Quick, easy, and affordable

It was so easy to find and the bus to the airport was there so quickly, both coming and going. We did not wait more than 10 minutes at the airport once we made it to the easily located spot. I also want to mention the driver's are very friendly and professional. I had accidentally left my phone on my car and luckily realized it before leaving the parking area. Our driver took me back directly to my car before we left so that I did not have to make a round trip. He was so nice about it too! Our driver who picked us up from the airport, knew we were super tired, he grabbed our bags and helped us with a smile. The price is amazing as well! I parked in uncovered, but it was obviously a safe, well maintained and secure lot. There are cameras and staff around all the time and the lot is secure and only accessable through a gate. I saved over $100 for my trip by using this service and when I travel from now on, I will look for the spotted yellow sign!

Getting picked up and dropped off timely are my biggest concerns but everything went well. I didn't have to wait at all for a shuttle to take me to the airport. They are readily available. My return flight was delayed until late evening so I was worried about having to wait around but a shuttle was there for me. Getting to and from my car was not stressful at all.
