What an experience ! We arrived back from a 3 week vacation to Alaska to discover that my battery was dead. After flagging down a driver I asked if AAA could come in to help me? He said, " I can help you start your car ". So, sure enough I raise my hood and he attaches a device and I start my truck !!! So that what I call service. I've been a member for years but had no idea that you're ready for that type of situation. Thanks to the driver although I never got his name.

Easy to book online, convenient location to the airport. Shuttles are reliable, valet parking means your vehicle is waiting for you when you arrive after your travel. Courteous staff, overall a great experience!

The service is always quick, pleasant, and accommodating. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The Parking Spot is a terrible company that routinely double bills for the same parking reservation. I stopped using this company because this double billing was not a one off accident it was a systematic fraud. I would never use this unsavory company again. There are much better airport parking services available.

Had a minor glitch and personnel were able to fix the issue immediately.

Best decision I have made recently. It was convenient and professional. Easy to enter and to exit, I will never park at the airport again, this is the way to go!

Easy online reservation, greeted quickly and nicely upon arrival, attendant took my car and shuttle was right there to go to the airport. Polite staff, car was cared for, valet was quick and polite. Good BDL airport parking experience.

I have used The Parking Spot three times. The first two times was smooth, but the last time was horrible. TPS has decent prices due to their discounts. On the 3rd reservation, I booked for a long stay from June 20, 2026 to July 11, 2026. With the discount, I only had to pay $156.79. I didn't realize until I arrived to the JFK Blvd location that I had arrived one day earlier. I couldn't scan my code to get in. A worker helped me get in which was awesome. He told me to save the new code to use when I return. When I returned and scanned that code to leave, I was charged $388.30. What an outrageous difference. I contacted customer service with an expectation that they reverse that outrageous amount, but instead they refunded the amount on my reservation ($156.79). TPS sent me an email for feedback. At this time, I felt TPS didn't care about their guests. I gave a low score which prompted their Assistant Manager to reach out via email. I responded immediately explaining exactly what the issue was. I don't think they really care to know. They were just following protocol. Anyways, I will not be using TPS in the future. I hope this helps someone on future bookings to park at the airport.
