Don't want to waffle on so won't be a 10 page review. Shane Kao and his team Beth and Holly are just what you need when considering retirement very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They keep you updated every step of the way at a very reasonable fee.

When I was looking to transfer out of my DB scheme I contacted a number of advisors. The best and most professional response I received was from Shane at the Pension Planner, he patiently talked me through the whole process. The Adviser we were allocated was Shane and right from the off, he was very friendly but never pushy. He always listened to our concerns & questions and ensured we fully understood before proceeding. I used the Unbiased website to search for a pension planner as I had never had a financial advisor before and was unsure which ones would be suitable for me. I found Pension planning, I had a number of pensions and as an over 60's worker, I found trying to sort them out completely baffling. I was looking at whether I could afford to retire early or not???
