I have always bought in shop but the…
I have always bought in shop but the last bill I got was not my purchase.it was a fraud purchase using my details.still don't know how they done it as my bank are quite good for anti fraud.i did lose a card but it was frozen straight away by myself.so how it could still be used to buy at a shop I will never know.but they were able to buy a voucher in shop using all details that would be on the shops computer as I have given them before when I bought perfume for my wife.I never buy vouchers as I think it shows lack of personal touch.

I have personally looked into this further and can see that the delivery address provided on the order matches the billing address used, and the order details also match the name and email address associated with your account. At this stage, I am also unable to locate any existing Customer Service contact or ticket raised regarding this matter.

Great customer service
Hi. Was in The Perfume shop at Argyle Street. I would like to thank Bernie the manager for all her help and patience. Been having problems with email and she was the first person to offer to change it for me. So helpful and patient. I really appreciate it. I would like to say id love there to be more consistency in various stores regarding the vouchers when you get to 100 points. I have had different information from different stores. However id like to say thank you to Bernie for her great customer service.

Amazing experience shopping at the perfume shop on argyle street! I am a loyal customer but always return because of the amazing customer service they are brilliant. I have been served a couple times not by Brogan, she gives outstanding customer service and always goes the extra mile to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. You could not fault them their service is fabulous!
