Went up atherstone branch today and was greeted with exceptional service from 4 individuals Dayle, Kieran, Maddie and Kasie. These 4 are a true asset to this store and Superdrug. Graham is great too which is while this is my go to store 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I came into the blue water store and even though the tills had issues, Val was very keen to help me and placed my basket behind the counter. I even signed up for the loyalty scheme. Thanks

I had an item to exchange and was worried about not being able to do it. But Carla from the Centrale branch was extremelyyyy helpful and did the exchange for me within just a few minutes. She even explained the entire process to me with a lot of detail and helped with with some other questions aswell.

Grace was super friendly, friendly & patient at the till in the Redhill branch, makes a lovely change as I used to dislike going to this branch as I found the staff disinterested and rude but it’s a much nicer experience now!

I had such a lovely experience getting my nose pierced by Pritti at Superdrug in Orbital Shopping Centre. She was so gentle, patient, and reassuring it honestly felt almost pain-free, and I felt completely at ease the whole time.

Sukhneet was just as wonderful, so warm and welcoming and genuinely lovely to talk to. The kindness and care from both of them really stood out and made the whole experience feel so special.

I left feeling so happy thank you both for making my day! I would truly recommend them to anyone !

I visited the lakeside superdrug store 454 today and was served by a member of staff, who had a very bad smell. I don't know how to other staff work with her.

Everyone in the Romsey branch are always so lovely and helpful.
They're knowledge of products, customer service and friendliness are always amazing.

The ladies in the Nuneaton store were absolutely amazing. Really kind and helpful. My son had his ear pierced and it was all very professional. Great service

Went to the lakeside Superdrug today and awful customer service from cashier there. I don’t have a physical card so she could search my member number via email. But no, SHE KNEW better and ofc I couldn’t get my points added. I’m aware I can have the points added by showing my receipt later - the point is her attitude and rolling her eyes at me.

Rozi was amazing in store, she helped me search for a specific lipgloss shade, it took us a while but she was adamant to help. She was sweet, calm and patient. I loved her energy.

I visited Superdrug Westfield today the girl name Husna welcome me with her big and sweet smile. Im truly amazed the way she assisted me. She helped me find the beauty products that im looking for. Aside from that she's really very helpful during my shopping in Cosmetic section. Thank you Husna. Ill give your service 5/5.

I was in the Elliot’s Field, Rugby shop recently and i want to thank Kay the lady that served me. She was so pleasant and helpful answering a question i had about something i was buying and especially as it was a busy Saturday. Proper customer care which seems all too rare these days!

Polly from Hayes Store, She is amazing generous lady who willingly help me find my make up match. I was entirely clueless about makeup but she educated me a bit about how to apply makeup products and the best brands. I love her patience and her generosity.
