Brilliant Bexleyheath shop!

Do The Maths
20% discount not applied but reward points used so savings were less than expected. Returning to store was a waste of time. Contacted customer services who were helpful but still feel like I have been conned. Will pay more attention to these so called discount deals in future.

The lady that served me in Bexleyheath was extremely helpful and sourced and ordered on line, exactly what I wanted. It was delivered direct to me in 2 days. Perfect.

I was served today by Lisa.
She helped me with an exchange of a perfume as unfortunately I had got the wrong one for my daughter.
She was very polite friendly and went out of her way to help me she also made sure I had the right one this time.
I was really happy with the customer service that i received today she is a wonderful member of staff.
