I was served by Georgia, in the Burnley shop, she was really welcoming and open to helping me find the exact scent I was looking for, in a different bottle. She was extremely patient whilst I asked her for a tester of many different perfumes.

Exceptional Customer Service at The Perfume Shop, Burnley
I visited the Burnley store today and received absolutely outstanding service from Georgia. I was incredibly impressed that she remembered me from my previous visit, including the exact perfume I had purchased. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for today, guided me through a few samples, and helped me select the new Jimmy Choo.
Every time I visit this branch, the staff go above and beyond. The team dynamic in the store is fantastic; they support one another beautifully, and it is wonderful to see colleagues genuinely celebrating each other's achievements. Georgia’s male colleague was also incredibly lovely and helpful during my visit. The staff in this store truly excel at making customers feel valued and important. Highly recommended!
