You only sent 1 box when i ordered two
You only sent 1 box when i ordered two. I sent you all the photos and what i received in the parcel. You did not send ne the missing box. Bad customer service and now I am out of pocket. First time ordering will no doubt now be my last. Which was a shame as this was a good offer.
Too add they did indeed send the missing box out which was a good resolution in the end. Id probably use them again and accept that mistakes can happen. Thanks for sorting this out for me.

Having looked into your case, I am pleased to see that our team has now arranged for the missing item to be resent to you on a Next Day Delivery service.
