She took time to provide a detailed walk through of different offers in store. She was detailed and diligent and was very helpful.

My daughter and I were shopping for perfume at Bluewater. Kelly B was so helpful as the one we wanted wasn’t in stock. She logged us into account with a Loyalty card getting us a discount. But her knowledge was outstanding. We couldn’t remember the name but described the bottle and she guessed correctly ! Very helpful. Thank you.

Me and my partner visited the Bluewater store to look for an aftershave and perfume for our wedding. Whilst looking, we were approached by a lovely staff member, who helped us with some recommendations. Her name was Kelly S and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She made our shopping experience a very positive one! We walked away very happy customers, who are over the moon with our fragrances that she helped us choose!
