I was served today by a young man, Arman, who has apparently only recently started work in the Bluewater branch of the Perfume Shop. Arman was very helpful and has a really charming manner. I think he will prove to be a real asset to the company.

Visited the Bluewater store today with my elderly mother who purchased two Mugler refills.
We were served by Barbara who was a delight &super helpful. Organised a 25% discount for us by signing me up for a reward card & offered to get mum a chair while we were waiting. What a breath of fresh air!

Went into the store looking for a specific brand, was approached by Barbara one of the nicest assistants l have come across, she not only found the item l was looking for but she had it gift wrapped in the nicest possible way.

I’ve always gone elsewhere for my perfume but I wondered in and was served by Barbara who was so helpful and her customer service, care and attention was just outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and she did everything to help me and my mum find the perfect fragrance, whilst we didn’t purchase anything as we found the item cheaper elsewhere, she was absolutely brilliant and will be sure to pop in again.
