Great service very professional
The girls in the shop where really helpful as there were only 3 bottles of the perfume that I wanted and I wanted 5 bottles, they sorted out getting the other 2 bottles from the warehouse and got them delivered to me within 2 days very professional girls I must say ,really pleased with the service .

something wrong with IT
The assistant in shop took my postcode and house number and read out my correct address, however there must be some IT problem because the delivery address was incorrect. Bad customer service told me it was my problem and I had to liaise with the delivery company if I wanted to receive the goods or wait until it was returned to the Perfume shop (approx 10 to 14 days) and they would then contact me. Their IT problem not mine.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
Having looked into this, I would like to reassure you that there are no known issues with our address system. During the checkout process, the delivery address is selected and confirmed by the customer before the order is placed. In some cases, devices or web browsers can automatically populate a previously saved address, which may result in an incorrect delivery address being selected if this is not amended before completing the order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the delivery address. This is to protect our customers and help prevent fraudulent activity. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are also unable to redirect it, which is why our Customer Services team advised waiting for the parcel to be returned if it could not be successfully delivered.
I appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
