Having looked into your order, I can see that the parcel was unfortunately damaged whilst in transit with Royal Mail, which is why it was delivered to you in a damaged parcel bag. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Ling at the shop was exceptional—she explained everything in detail, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and helped us choose the right perfume . She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Ling!
