Called into The Perfume Shop looking for something specific, which was sadly not in stock. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and ordered it to be delivered, taking all the stress out of ordering it ourselves.

Excellent service from a young lady with blonde hair, she was very chatty and helpful and had a permanent smile on her face. Asset to the company

I had such a genuinely pleasant experience shopping for aftershave recently, and it was made all the better thanks to Sarah, who assisted me throughout. From the moment I walked in, she struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving me space to browse—something that’s surprisingly rare.

What stood out most was her knowledge. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for, but Sarah asked a few thoughtful questions about my preferences and quickly guided me toward a selection that actually suited my taste. She explained the differences between fragrances in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming or pushy.

Her enthusiasm was infectious, too. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping customers find the right product rather than just making a sale. She even suggested a couple of options I wouldn’t have considered myself, two of which I ended up buying—and I’m very glad I did.

The whole experience felt personal, relaxed, and surprisingly enjoyable. It’s the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back, not just for the products but for the people. Sarah is an absolute credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her.

Such a lovely experience—Rafaela was incredibly kind and really helped me choose the perfect gift for my dad. The wrapping was beautiful as well, which made it even more special.

I come into the Bury store the other day. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. I didn’t have a clue what to buy my friend as a birthday gift. The girls helped me out and found the perfect aftershave. They even gift wrapped it with a ribbon. Thank you so much I’ll be back again!

They didnt have the size of perfume i wanted in store so they ordered it for me online free of postage and it arrived safely in a couple of days. So friendly and helpful!

I have always shopped from the perfume shop for myself and gifts online and in-store for years. Always helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend. They provide an excellent service with great offers, prices and rewards.

I bought three perfumes which were clearly on offer at a discounted price,but was charged full price for one of them.This was only when I pointed out on my bill that I was charges wrong price.
The staff who was dealing with me was’nt sure how to refund me.
Eventually they managed to refund me .
At this point,as I wanted to buy total three perfumes,I was told “We r closing “.
I had to emphasise that this delay was not my fault as they forgot to remove the discounted price tag from the perfume.I was travelling abroad and could not come another time to purchase the third perfume as these were suppose to be gifts which I was taking.
Reluctantly they served me in a rushed way to choose and pay for the third perfume.

Prompt Efficient and Friendly

I felt very happy with the assistant, she was knowlegable about the perfume that I was enquiring about. She explained that the product would have to be ordered. Which was ok by me.

I went into the bury store this morning looking for a gift for my daughter. A lovely lady served me and I ended up having a hamper made up with a perfume, free gifts and some chocolates. Lovely experience and lovely staff.

My item arrived on time and was delivered in great shape.
