I had the most wonderful experience at the perfume shop recently, and I just had to leave a review to recognise the three amazing staff members who looked after me — Rebecca, Aissa, and Caoimhe.

From the moment I walked in, they were unbelievably helpful, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for, patiently guiding me through different fragrances without any pressure. Their knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience so enjoyable.

What stood out most was how cared for I felt. They were kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It’s rare to come across customer service like that, and they are a real credit to the store.

Thank you again, Rebecca, Aissa, and Caoimhe — I’ll definitely be back!

When entering into the shop there was so much choice, I didn’t know where to begin. The girls were so helpful and so happy to help. They sprayed different perfumes and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or under pressure as the girls were so chatty and patient. Mahon point perfume shop is by far my favourite perfume shop in Ireland and I make sure to stop here every year while on holidays. Shoutout to Nikki, Megan and Ciara for such amazing friendly customer service. Enjoyed my experience and I will be back!!!
