I visited the Crawley store and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I discovered that the bored-looking woman I had been speaking to was the manager herself. She seemed far more interested in her phone than engaging with a customer or resolving my concerns. The lack of professionalism, poor employee interaction, and overall disregard for customer service made for a very disappointing experience.

Staff at County Mall Crawley require customer training, The young lady who dealt with the issue I had, was rude and argumentative - and in the wrong! The company had failed to advise me that my order had arrived even though i called the shop a number of times during the period of almost 3 weeks. I received no emails or calls and my request for information when I phoned was "you will receive an email" while my order was clearly already in store, The staff were unable/wouldn't tell me when my order had arrived in store.
My advice - go next door to the other perfume store where the staff are friendly, polite and professional.

Order delivered to my door from in store purchase. Great because I live in a block of several apartments and security is sometimes an issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in with my son, the young sales assistant (with long fake eyelashes, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) didn’t greet us at all.
I explained that I was looking to try a few newer perfumes, as I’ve been using the same one for years and wanted a change. Her response was abrupt and quite rude: “You want to try all of them?!”- which, in a perfume shop, really shouldn’t be an issue.
When I asked if she could recommend something based on my usual preferences, she seemed completely uninterested. She simply said she didn’t know what I would like because it depends on different notes (which I’m fully aware of), and then just stood there without offering any help.
The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. It genuinely came across as though she didn’t want to do her job or engage with customers at all.
I ended up leaving and going next door to The Fragrance Shop, where I received excellent service and purchased three beautiful perfumes.
Sadly, I won’t be returning. Customer service like this really makes a difference,and not in a good way.

Really bad customer service in the Crawley branch from the 2 young girls in there. Being told "I dunno, try boots" by one of them with a surly expression on her face wasnt what I expected at all. Ended up ordering online, paid for standard delivery 3-5 days, and it was only dispatched on the 5th day! Was told to expect it on the 9/1/26, and when it didnt arrive, I sent a WhatsApp message as told to do on your website. No response, so I emailed. 3 days later and I'm still waiting for a response although it has now arrived but with the way it was packaged, I'm amazed it survived its journey through the postal network! Absolutely diabolical customer service, and really very badly packaged. I have already left a trustpilot review on this experience but have been promoted to do another via what I imagine is an automated email.

I went into the crawley store for Christmas presents for my parents the girl was very patient with me she gave excellent customer service was such a brilliant service will definitely be going back for presents in the future

Visited the Crawley store today and received the most patient and pleasant service. My son wanted to try every aftershave ever designed in the universe before buying, and Hisha...or Misha (sorry I can't tell which from the handwriting) fully accommodated him the whole way.

I ordered a perfume set on 8th July as it was showing 1 hour click and collect from the store. The first email asked me to wait for the confirmation one soon.
Today is 10th July and for one hour click and collect, I'm still waiting for more than 48 hours now, and customer service as usual being like, asked me to wait for the confirmation email. Is this what you say 1 hour click and collect? I wouldn't have ordered this if it wasn't available.

Totally disappointed with the delivery/ click and collect service even after paying for the luxury perfumes.

I always buy from them and no one else. Love this perfume as it reminds me of my mum that has passed, as she always wore this perfume. When I have it on, it makes me feel she is with me all the time, even though I know she is anyway
