Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, have visited this store on numerous occasions. Nothing is too much trouble. A very pleasant store to shop in. Vickie is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always has time for you with a smile on her face. The reward card is a bonus too. Thank you to all the staff in St John’s.

Perfume experts not just sales assistants
Amazing service as always never go anywhere else. They really are experts and not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing for commission like other retailers. Always have a smile on their faces nothing is to much for them. Vickie really know her stuff and understands what customers need. she always explains all the perfumes and there notes in detail that what always makes me want to go back. Also the reward card is a added bonus. Will be back soon. Thanks to the team for great service.
