Bought the same aftershaves by mistake . Went in purfume shop to return one . Lovely staff & I got my refund the next day . Well impressed

I ordered a perfume for my Godfather as Father’s Day gift with order number 10082758775 .The order was click and collect express from the shop which says I can collect within 30mins. After I have ordered I got emailed that it’s click and collect express but I should wait for collection email which should be with me shortly. it’s over 2hrs now still not received any collection email shops are about to close soon. I’m so disappointed by this service from the perfume shop. I wish I can rate them zero

Went with the intention of purchasing a perfume but the security guard ( short south Asian guy) kept following me around the store. Came up from behind me and said passive aggressively ‘you can’t test the perfumes yourself you have to ask’ which I understand hence why I responded ‘ that’s fine’. He did not greet me or use basic manners. This made me feel very uncomfortable because he was still stood beside me watching me. He asked me again ‘are you looking for anything in particular’ and I responded ‘ no im okay thank you’. He was very rude and this store, just lost a customer. I just walked out as I had enough. All of the employees around could have intervened but instead like little sheeps did not say anything. Very unprofessional. He’s a security guard so perhaps he should stick to his job role instead of intimidating young girls. Seems like he’s abusing his power. The manager needs to look into this behaviour and talk to all the staff because the way your employees treat customers is awful and disgusting. No customer should be shadowed like I’m doing something wrong. I never need to go out of my way to write a review but I felt so uncomfortable yesterday and want the manager to know this is how your employees treat customers. Majority of the reviews here are bad so that says allot about this store

Poor Customer Service at Perfume Shop (Manchester, Arndale Mall)

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing about the poor experience I had with a store supervisor named Sam at the Perfume shop in the Greater Manchester Arndale Shopping Mall.

I recently visited the store to exchange a perfume, ''Armani ''but Sam refused my request, claiming that the plastic cover was open. However, this was not my fault—the packaging was simply loose, and when he pressed it, it stuck back in place. Despite this, he still considered it damaged and declined the exchange.

Additionally, his behaviour was extremely rude, loud, and embarrassing in front of other customers. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he was dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Employees in customer-facing roles should be trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Went into the arndale store at the front entrance near boots today, staff were very rude arrogant and intimidating also was dressed very unprofessional compared to any other store. Would not recommend at all to shop in such store.

Great service very fast delivery and simple ordering thank you

Went in to get Christmas presents yesterday evening and the staff were very helpful and friendly :)
