I ordered two bottles of perfume and only received one, so far customer service hasn’t gotten back to me either

Spoke to Toni from Mansfield today about a product that a purchased before Christmas and she was very helpful and informative

Shocking company.
I placed an order for collection at Mansfield but the system chose a home delivery which would’ve meant a gift not arriving in time.
Customer service is abysmal, and I was told they couldn’t alter the order so it could be collected, then more amazingly that they couldn’t cancel the order either!! I’d have to wait for the item to be delivered and then return it.
What company can’t cancel its own orders? And up to 72hours to get a callback from a manager.

The aftershave i bought from the online shop, within the last 2 weeks, was on offer at a very good price, if you believe the original mark up price. I buy this aftershave at least 4 times a year, often buying more than 1 and generally from the shop and have never paid more than £31 , online It was marked as original price £79 and on offer for £27.99.
Today online it is £34.99.
Continuity would make for easier shopping and more sales, it would not put me off from buying here but i would buy more regularly if the price was consistent. I guess what I'm saying is, you need to wait for the apparent offers

The staff was really helpful very plesent and not stressed even though it christmas time and quite busy

From picking the products to getting them boxed and shipped out the service was amazing.

Needed 3 items from the Chanel No 5 range. Two were in stock and the other was ordered. It arrived by post in 2 days. A very efficient process.
