Visited the store in inside Superdrug and found Chloe to be extremely helpful in finding what we was looking for as well as another we both really liked. You could see she was passionate about her Job which made for a very pleasant buying experience

The Loveliest Ladies!
Lindsay and Faye from the perfume shop inside Superdrug in Meadowhall were the loveliest ladies! They were both so friendly, bubbly and helpful.
I went in for some perfume for my sister and they offered me the wrapping service with the beautiful ribbon and I was sold on this due to them, absolute pleasures and such an A team!

Top notch customer service
I ordered the wrong item. I rang up to explain the problem and asked what to do and was given clear and helpful advice.
I chose to return in store (Meadowhall Sheffield).This took a matter of minutes. All I provided was an order number and the assistant was able to sort everything within a few clicks. The refund was processed in less than 24 hours. I would normally expect to wait the best part of a week, if not longer. So this was a very pleasant surprise.
Overall, I have to say that the customer service was exceptional, both over the phone and in store.

Great service
Went in looking for a perfume that was sold everywhere even online! Faye was amazing, she found another perfume shop nearby had one left in stock. Faye tried to order it online for us but she wasn’t able too, so she wrote all the details of the perfume down for us and we contacted the other store who put the perfume aside for us

Beware !!! Just purchased 100mls of Boss Bottled Perfume at £99.
Compared it with my previous Bottle of double the amount 200mls of several months ago for approx 1/2 that cost?
What has gone wrong ? Is it a mistake at the shop or is it Shrinkflation ?
A very disgruntled customer !
