Went into store for some Eid presents today and I’d like to say Christie served me and she was lovely, helped find what I was looking for and gift wrapped the perfumes. We had a lovely chat and it’s the kind kind of Customer service that makes your day

Just popped in on my lunch break so didn't have much time. Lucy was fab. Really helpful in narrowing down a perfume for a gift - and I bagged a bargain for me!

I ordered some perfume on line in store, took a long-time for the shop assistant to place the order.
I had an email confirming order.
Further email to confirm perfume delivered.
When I returned to the shop to collect the perfume I was told it was not there.
The staff were unable to locate the perfume as the wrong delivery address was used.
I have had issues with customer services not answering the phone, not sending emails when they said they would ( 3 0ccasions) , calls not being returned.
I would never make another purchase through the Perfume Shop.

Purchased the wrong fragrance for my grandson on line, returned to the shop in the Metro Centre who exchanged it for the correct one,
Very professional and courteous excellent customer service skills.
I would definitely recommend

Walked in not knowing exactly what I fancied fragrance wise and Sharon was really fantastic. She spent about 15 minutes running me through so many different fragrances helping me narrow down exactly what I wanted, a bottle of Valentino. She was really lovely and helpful throughout. My experience at the perfume shop green mall, was excellent. Maddie and Alice were very helpful with helping me trying to get a gift for my partner on a new apprenticeship. They helped me find one that would suit him from his current preferences and it couldnt have been any more helpful for me!!

Sharon and her colleague were friendly and welcoming. Sharon didn’t pressure me and suggested various aftershaves within my budget. Also threw in a free gift (tester) - my second time using this branch and both times I enjoyed my visit and came away with a well priced smell for me!

Called in today to buy my partner a fragrance and Christie and Sharon were very helpful,pleasant and made the experience fun plus a lovely gift wrap service a big thank you to them both

The two girls Shazza and Megan were the best. If you have never been I would advise you to go. Extremely friendly and helpful and full of fun. I will be going back.

What can I say? The girls Christie, Stephanie and Megan were brilliant. They made me smell every scent in the store including ones in and out of stock untill the one I like was found. It wasn't in stock so they even ordered it to be delivered to my home! How good is that!

Bella has been so gracious in helping us decide which perfume suits best for a present and made our purchase an easy peasy experience. She’s been very patient while I asked a lot of perfume to try. Definitely going to shop for more perfume soon.
