I had a good experience with the staff at Milton Keynes centre store. Customer service was every good.
I have take away one star because The Perfume Shop nolonger gives you perfume samples automatically both online and instore when you buy a perfume of over £100

I visited today looking for a gift box for my colleague and met Hasaam, he took time to advise and guide me. he even wrapped up my boxes as I I ended up purchasing 2 perfumes based on he's excellent recommendation
Hasaam has a great customer service skills , he's an amazing asset to Perfume and to us customers.
I really enjoyed being served by Hasaam, the conversation was natural and easy, he made my experience unique and special...I definitely will be back because of him!.

Absolutely 10/10 service by Hassan and Adil in the Milton Keynes store, they where so helpful and very patient with me being a very fussy customer. Definitely an asset to the company! Can tell they enjoy their job and didn't have any issues with going above and beyond.

Elaine is great and she is so nice, i have escalated this to Elaine who was fantastic

Late delivery and got charged for the delivery option that i choose but was not delivered on the the chosen day.
Everything went bad, especially the payment, I choose next day delivery and and I got my order like almost a week later, meanwhile I paid for the delivery fee which is next day delivery. And I got a message from royal mail that my parcel has been delivered meanwhile it was not till 2 two days later that I received it. Customer service is really hard to get in contact with which was really frustrating

I was the Milton Keynes store and I had help from Adil who was excellent at helping me find fragrances that I wanted. Even though I had very little knowledge on brands, smells and being able to describe what I wanted he was very helpful and took time to narrow down what I was looking for. 100% recommended will definitely be coming back

Centre MK - Hassan was Great!
Went to the Centre MK shop and was served by a young gentleman called Hassan, he was attentive but not overbearing knowing that we were ready to purchase. He made light conversation while we waited for the payment machine to load. very passionate about his knowledge of fragrances and due to his recommendation we purchased a second fragrance as he knew the scents well. The entire team that day were great.
