I had a really enjoyable and pleasant experience at The Perfume Shop. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and understanding. In particular, a staff member named Susan was incredibly helpful and took the time to assist me throughout my shopping experience. I purchased a lovely perfume, and I was very happy with both the service and The Perfume Shop overall.

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. All the workers are so kind and are really helpful and give great tips when it comes to fragrances and perfumes. Great prices and is my go- to number 1 shop for fragrances. Highly recommend store. My favourite worker here is Suzanne. She is very kind and helpful and it's great to see her helping other customers who here queries and questions. Amazing shop all round. Must try.
