Excellent service
Excellent service extremely professional staff,Maddie and her colleague were exceptional very polite and helpful and brilliant at what they do,this is the only perfume shop I come to and the main reason is due to the staff and how they make your shopping experience great.

Outstanding service
This was my first experience of The Perfume Shop. I phoned the Norwich, Chapelfield branch to obtain a difficult to buy Ralph Lauren Polo Green male perfume. The lady I spoke to was called Lilli and immediately advised me she had two in stock. I said I would be down directly and asked her to reserve both. On arrival I found Lilli to be very personable and most effecient. An absolute credit to her Company. So much so I spent another £90 on perfume for my wife.

Lovely clean store
Lovely clean store , I think it’s had a revamp since I’ve last been in so it looks very modern and nice ! Purchased my friend a wedding gift and had it gift wrapped. I was served by a lovely young lady , maddie I believe, she was very kind and very helpful ! Will deffo be back ! Thanks

Very nice personal touch on offer at The Perfume Shop .…
Fast delivery packaged well included with my Engraved bottle of Hugo which was a very nice personal touch was a sample of another aftershave to try. Also the item was on offer so purchased for a reasonable price which is always helpful. Im sure the person I brought it for will enjoy wearing it.
