Came into the perfume shop today in Preston St George’s centre. Was greeted by a lovely team to help pick a perfume for me and my husband. The ladies couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly, and we managed to pick out the best perfumes. Thank you for your help, will definitely be recommending your store to friends and family.

I was served by Maria at the perfume shop, inside of St George’s Preston, and this girl knows what she’s talking about. She helped me pick out the best gift for my mother-in-law, and as we know that’s a task, and she definitely understood that. She was so smiley and helpful from the movement I entered the shop, this girl deserves some recognition.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the behavior of one of your employees at your store in St. George’s Mall, Preston, during my recent visit.
I purchased four gift sets totaling over £300. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member.

The employee not only refused to provide us with carrier bags but also spoke in a highly disrespectful and confrontational manner. She accused us of not knowing English law and used aggressive hand gestures throughout the conversation. This level of hostility was entirely unwarranted and unacceptable.

The situation escalated to the point where I felt compelled to return the items and request a full refund, as I could not accept such treatment.

I believe that as a paying customer, I should be treated with respect and courtesy. I urge you to take immediate action to address this incident, including reviewing the behavior of your staff and ensuring they are trained to provide a more professional and customer-friendly experience in the future.
