Excellent customer service with a smile....
On a miserable rainy day I popped into The Perfume Shop at Rushden Lakes and was delighted with how friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and the overall fab customer service I received from Eden and Amber. I commented to them how lovely they were and it makes a change compared to some shops I go into as I hate bad customer service so I always ensure I tell anyone that give me service with a smile, as it makes all the difference. Thanks girls I will be back and will recommend to all my family and friends!

Hello I just wanted to say what a great member of staff you have at your rushden lakes store, her name was lisa and she was soo friendly and knowledgeable. She really helped me with choosing a perfume that I absolutely adore as I wanted to try something new and treat myself.
