The service was great
The service was great, all the workers were very friendly especially Abdul from the tooting branch. He made my experience wonderful while I was Searching for mother's day gifts. Although I gave very vague preferences he was able to pick out the perfect gift which I was certain my mother would love. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff for helping me!

Outstanding customer service from Taylor!
Amazing customer service yesterday! The lady- I believe her name was Taylor? Went above and beyond, gave me complimentary gift bag which I was willing to pay for, she also found tester of the perfumes I got for my partner and gave me few samples of male fragrances. She is a real credit to your company and deserves reckognition. Thank you for making my experience so great!

Firstly the staff member at the Tooting store who was fairly new, she tried to resolve the issue with my store card as it would not work. She registered a new one and ensured that I could order the product online. Very professional.
