Amazing experience with elena and denisa, extremely friendly, lovely service! They were so helpful! Loved visiting the perfume shop in Watford

Got served today by Denisa in the Watford shopping centre. Amazing customer service, very polite and helpful and the whole interaction ran quickly and smoothly! Lovely, would recommend!

Denisa gave my fiancé and me an amazing experience at the perfume shop. She went out of her way to help us choose the perfect gifts, offered thoughtful and creative ideas, and made sure everything was beautifully wrapped. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and she also ensured we got the best value without any pressure. Excellent service from start to finish — we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend asking for Denisa.

Went in today to stock on my favourite YSL. Precious ( at Watford Harlequin) was energetic to ask open questions and make me feel special and welcomed and get the best offers. Other members were helpful but Precious went above and made customer connection. Another team member had to process the transaction as there was login issue. And Precious kept smiling and calm, what a treasure!

Good perfume in one instance, other was wrong one but as I had opened the box to check this was not allowed a refund - was offered an exchange but did not like other offered in line.

Denisa WATFORD INTU STORE s manager was amazing, i was short of time, she was efficient, very helpful and found all what needed ! Excellent service, highly recommend her !

Had an amazing shopping experience whilst shopping here. A special mention to Safa who really provides genuine customer service and knows how to look after her customers! She spent time going over the product no pushy sale. Also mentioned the current discount offer on purchases! A special aftershave was purchased as a gift for a coming silver wedding anniversary. Knowing this, Safa gave me a really lovely complimentary overnight designer bag. Would I shop again? Yes I would! Thank you Safa!

Today 22/06/25 team leader Ellie from the Watford branch was absolutely amazing great product knowledge & customer service fantastic i bought 2 bottles of perfume earn though I was just looking and had no intention of buying today . I an very happy with my purchase. Ellie is an asset to the company . Thank you Ellie I am sure to come again. She eventook the time to help me download the Perfume App on my phone . She has such great selling skills and customer care i do think she needs to be rewarded as its not often you get good employee like Ellie.
