Great choice and service
The staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and let me try lots of perfumes. They suggested ones that I might like. I ended up with a chanel perfume which wasn't in store but arrived the next day. Cost less than anywhere else and got a little free sample too.

Visited with no idea of what I actually wanted, I really put Liv & Charlie through their paces going back and forwards helping find something i liked. Nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was second to none, super friendly and made it a really lovely experience.

An amazing experience as a first time buyer
It was my first visit to the shop today to buy a perfume, and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a smile by Oliviamae, who was really polite and helpful. She introduced me to a wide range of fragrances and thoughtfully guided me through testing them.

Helpful & friendly lady
I visited the store on Friday 3rd April with my family. I purchased an perfume for my sisters birthday.
I was greeted by Grace who was so very helpful in helping choose a fragrance. She was professional and patient as there is nothing worse than pushy sales people and I ended up buying 2 bottles in the end! Thankyou Grace!

Came into the perfume shop recently with no idea what to buy. I was served by a young girl called Grace, she was very polite and smiley, offered to gift wrap my purchase as it was a gift for a friend.
