Paradise for my puppy. She makes lots of friends and always excited to go there.

Staff were very reassuring as this was Bentley’s first time away from us! I was encouraged to phone in and check on him and they were always telling me that all the staff loved him and he got lots of cuddles 💓

Good service but unclear or dishonest pricing

Charging extra for a compulsory bath is stupid and misleading just include it in the price.

Good to get the mini report on pickup.

I wish the dogs had access to outside.

Professional, friendly staff, who are very accommodating and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Pets Hotel to look after your pets. They have done a great job looking after ours over the years.

The service, in general, is good. But, the webcam service works badly, no time management, in cats time it still shows the dogs and cameras also are not enough to cover all cats area. Please pay attention to this service too. When we leave our pets in your facility, of course, we like to be aware of how our pet spends his time without us. Thanks

I really like keeping my dog and cats at the pets hotel.
I always know they are well looked after and the onsite team are amazing with them and helpful to me. They go above and beyond to accommodate my pets and I use them allot.

If it wast for my a couple of little things I wish were different I would give 5 stars and keep my pets there even more often.

They are, If i do not get the pets out by 10am you are charged another full day. I think it should be a pro rata charge or half day charge as they do not stay the extra night. I also wish the single cat suites were a little larger. That is it, Everything else there including the staff are great!

What a fantastic, safe and caring day care and boarding service we have received from The Pets Hotel team time and time again. Our dear boy can be quite difficult but the team is always more than accommodating and willing to work at his pace. Thank you!

Amazing team at The Pet’s Hotel! Skyla is always so excited to go back, and is always really happy and settled when we collect her. They keep us informed if there’s any issues and always give a great detailed feedback when we pick her up.

Being a Bull Terrier she can sometimes be a handful, and we’ve been told straight up by other places that regardless of temperament, they don’t let bull terriers interact with other dogs. But the Pet’s Hotel team really know how to handle her without her having to be left out of playtime and interaction with other dogs. She loves the Pet Hotel!

This place loves animals and it shows with ever interaction you have with them. Highly recommended.

Such a friendly Team, who really love all the pets. I have a senior dog who needs extra care and can leave him with the Pets Hotel Team and know he will be looked after.

The Pets Hotel always takes great care of our dog. The only thing we would suggest is that owners be sent weekly updates on how your pet is going - especially for long stays.
