Customer service second to none. Very friendly and informative agent, not pushy and explained documentation well.

He gave me answers to solutions of things I hadn’t thought about it, so Ed’s knowledge and understanding was second to none. I needed to update my Will. The following day I received relevant documents for signature and witness. When I have the need to phone planning B. I am always spoken to respectively and have the opportunity to conclude feeling happy in the knowledge that when the time comes my Executors will have, if necessary help from Planning B.
