Scam company you think you are ordering premium branded products like blue horizon etc and they send out unbranded generic tubs of chemicals - could be anything, hazardous materials poorly packaged. Say it’s in the terms and conditions that they can send anything if what you ordered is not in stock. Do not use! I’ll be having to raise a chargeback to try and get my money back!

Top seller fast and reliable company

Very helpful with equipment relevant questions so far. Assisted me with order, start to finish. Thank you. Steve @ Northumbria Hot Tubs

Delivery was fast, but the item that arrived looked completely different to what was advertised on the website, no invoice in the package to confirm what arrived was the same as what was ordered and no application instructions on the container. Considering this was a hazardous substance I would class this as substandard.

It was a great experience! Their service and products are amazing. I Loved it..

I've tried various spa products, but none compare to the effectiveness and affordability of this company's offerings. They have earned my trust and repeat business.

Great service , well done

This place is very amazing . I appreciate. My experience very well.

Arrived on time.
Just what I ordered, and at a Good Price

Great Spa product, effective and affordable. Love it!

Prompt and efficient response to my order.

Delivered incorrect product and as yet have not responded to my email requesting the correct product be sent

Fast delivery. Super communication. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fantastic customer service.

I placed an order and received something different and have tried to contact the pool cleaners and asked for a refund and removal of the chemical wrongly sent to me. No response , no refund, nothing.
Do not use this company!

value for money!!
(website needs updating)

ordered and paid, said it was being delivered then told it wasnt as not available, no communication re alternative.

I ordered Blue Horizons - TA Reducer from their website.
I received a different product from the branded one I ordered and despite writing to them to ask for an explanation I've heard nothing.
Disappointing!

I had an issue with my order and could not get response via chat function or via email.
