Olly was friendly without being pushy and overbearing.
Olly gave me space to read documents and arranged to call to discuss. He understood my needs and requests, didn't push and was respectful and very knowledgeable and efficient.

The advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. He was keen to help, encouraging me to get as much relevant information as possible. Giving me pertinent facts , checking I understood each step of the process. Advised me when questioned , reassurance given when necessary. Patient, great customer service support skills. Very happy with my experience.

Rang several health companies before I decided on The Private Health People. Ollie was absolutely first class. Took his time and explained all options thoroughly. There was no pressure at all.
