Just signed up to health insurance, spoke to Olly, was super helpful and friendly. Made everything else simple and straightforward- didn’t try and sell me anything was great at answering my questions. Would recommend!! 👍🏽

As allways Charlie made it easy for me ,he got in touch before renewal , managed to get a reduction , and thoroughly explained all my options , it’s good to think that there is someone who is neutral , and not trying to make money out of you , he also keeps his eye on my policy to point out anything he thinks I need to change or make the most of

Having paid out a large sum to have a procedure done privately I decided to explore the possibility of private health insurance. I stumbled across this company and gave them a call. Subsequently, I gave them several calls but was always dealt with courteously and patiently but, most importantly, with professionalism and expertise. The intricacies and pitfalls were carefully and fully explained (several times because I'm a bit slow.) I eventually took out a policy feeling reassured that I had been given the best possible advice. Thank you Oliver.

My experience in dealing with The Private Health People was very positive. All of the staff I have spoken with were knowledgeable. Oli took us through the minefield that is Health Insurance. Following our initial year's cover we were contacted by Bradley in good time ahead of renewal. He had already done his research and was able to explain in clear terms the options open to us and what the optimum choice of provider would be. Thereafter he was able to negotiate a better renewal price for us. This is clearly better than trying to find your own way through the minefield of private health provision every year.
