The Proper Marmalade Company Ltd レビュー

Excellent 👌: huge range of flavours, easy shopping on website, prompt delivery, safely packed in sturdy cardboard & sent by Royal Mail (not a courier 👎)

Superb service and even better marmalade! Best marmalade there is. So much so we always take it in holiday with us! Can’t do without it at breakfast!

Always arrives well packaged and marmalade is delicious!!

Lots of fruit in the jam…bursting with flavour

Delicious marmalades, beautifully packed and speedily delivered. Great choice of flavours.

Great marmalade (Tawny Seville) which I'v been buying for many years. A bit of a mix up on the delivery; I was expecting it to be sent on Thursday but Alex was sending it the following Tuesday which wouldn't work for me. An email exchange between us revealed my order was placed without going via the Home page which was where the full delivery details were provided. Because Google sent me straight to the item page (missing out on the Home page) I was able to order with a slightly different set of delivery details. Alex sorted my order out so that it was sent on a day that worked for me and has amended the payment page so that anyone who, like me, bought without visiting the Home page will be properly informed about when orders will be dispatched. Not only Proper Marmalade but (now) also Proper dispatch info. So, both great marmalade and great service, who could ask for more.

Some of the marmalades were quite sloppy and my husband wasn’t overly impressed with flavour infact he said one tasted like frank coopers which is a mass produced product. So for small batch cooking quite unremarkable

Delicious marmalade as always and quick service and delivery

Thanks for the quick delivery of fantastic marmalade

Quickness of delivery
The excellent taste of the products

Excellent website and ease of ordering. The marmalade is delicious.

I received four different flavours for a birthday gift.
Just ordered another four, so lovely and lots of different taste. My favourite is the whisky, but all lovely. Get hooked give them a try will not be disappointed.

The marmalades look good, and were a reasonable price for handmade food, but were a gift so I can't comment on the taste. Delivery was quick and customer service responded quickly. Deducted a star because they don't offer direct postage to EU countries - so the £7 postage to my house was wasted as I just had to re-post them, which adds to the already fairly high cost of the items.

Blood Orange Marmalade- absolutely delicious. I have been buying this online from the Proper Marmalade Company since lockdown. Delicious every time!

Nice quality marmalade with a tanginess rather than just a sugary taste which lots of others have.

Always yummy, working my way through the whole range.
