We had weeks and weeks of no verbal reassurance on how things were going.When people are spending hundreds of pounds on a service the occasional phone call would nice and not a hit and miss portal that left us dangling. The customers are real people and not just an email recipient.

The updating was not as updated as it could of been

Easy to use and completed efficiently

This app is crap , lost all my vehicles and details.. again , uninstalled it now and will not bother with it , going back to old school simplicity and straightforward paper and email notification..good riddance..

Just completed on the sale of my house. Used the services of Joy Crawford at Longespe Solicitors. Great communication, with friendly and efficient service. Would recommend.

The team that dealt with our house move at the property portal were brilliant. Can’t fault them at all. Kept us up to date with any completed steps throughout the process and throughout the weeks where things move slowly they kept contacting us to see if there was anything they could help with. With house move’s communication has been a massive issue in the past for myself but the little check ins put us as ease and we were confident everything was in check and on target for completion day. Wouldn’t think twice at using them again. Thankyou team!
