Gorgeous Edgy fashion with excellent and fast delivery. Website easy to navigate and check out was fast. The coat I ordered was even better than I expected hence why I am soooo pleased with it. Will definitely be shopping with Ragged Priest again.

Love the dress and sweater (don't know the names of the clothes anymore) I got from The Ragged Priest. They fit well, are comfortable, and are just beautiful and cool. Can't wait to wear the (summer) dress, unfortunately it's winter and very cold over here. Packed arrived without any damage. I gave 4 stars because it always takes a little longer for the package to arrive at my home, but that's not really disturbing or anything. If you like the style of The Ragged Priest, would recommend.

I ordered a jumper and have received a pair of sunglasses! Have contacted customer services and have been waiting over a week, with no response.

Excellent quality, comfy great color

Purchasing was easy. Sizes are off by American inches. Normally wear a 30, had to buy a 28. After 3 months, two pairs of khakis tore at the back left pocket. Blue jeans still ok. I consider these the Jaguar of clothing. They look nice and fit great but craftsmanship needs work.

Returns and exchanges seem to take a While.

Delivery was good, products are good, only there are a few loose threads hanging on the pants, and some seams are not well done. Other than that the products are fine.

I ordered two items - one is great - and the other didn’t look like the photo and was not oversized as described. I knew I would have to send it back at my own expense but this is annoying when there is no physical store to try things, and puts me off buying in future.

Evri has had my package in their depot for more than one week, and not delivering it,

Follow up:Evri customer service told me that they couldn't locate the package and it's "potentially missing"
The ragged team responded to me and sent me refund and the process was fast.

Unless the whole online purchase process can be improved and more secure and customer friendly, I won't recommend online shopping for it.

Such a nice jumper (it's called the trash knit)! The sizing was a bit tricky (no cm indications are given), but when I read one of the models was wearing a size s and was a specific height I could figure it out quite well, and it fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted and expected, very happy, very cosy ((:

We visited the store on Greek Street, which is spot on and surprisingly sensibly priced for London, I bought a gorgeous jumper and had a genuinely lovely chat with the guy that greeted us, he couldn’t have been more welcoming, we could have chatted to him all day.

When i was scrolling through the website, i thought that Ragged Priest could be my favourite brand. When i finally ordered, i was dissapointed with the quality of the sweater (the material), the size of the T-shirt (too small for S) and also i didn't get my order fully - one item was missing. They sent it after, but i wish it was there when i fisrt got my order. I just got a discount of 10%, which is nothing, because i can get the same discount by registering another email.

No free returns. $200 shipping fee from US to UK. Ridiculous.

Brilliant item! Great company. As someone whose body doesn't conform well to standard sizing I was elated to discover that their denim size guide for each item actually lists the measurements of the specific garment, not just the size its supposed to fit like most companies do. This makes choosing jeans so much easier and less traumatic. My jeans arrived, well packaged and fit brilliantly. Good strong denim and its organic! Definitely would recommend

Ordered a coat on a Thursday evening and it arrived by the Saturday, great! The coat sadly didn’t fit me and was far too big so I sent it back the following Monday. The coat arrived with Ragged Priest the following day (over two weeks ago now) and I’ve still not received a refund. I’ve had to raise a dispute as there’s no movement from their side. Really disappointed as I’ve loved this brand for years but I won’t be purchasing directly from them again.

The jeans smell worse than any pants I've ever purchased-- it's like chlorine (which I personally usually like) but mixed with something.... rotten or moldy? I laid them over a chair in my bedroom and the scent was still wafting over to me in my bed, it's that strong... I can still smell it 5 days later. The fit as advertised, but the color is a much lighter wash-- I'd say about halfway the darkness advertised.
