This company is very secretive about the source of its clothes and material, while the excuse âweâre a small businessâ does not qualify for ethical clothing.
I found out after I ordered an item, which never arrived. Terrible customer service, it took me 4 weeks to get someone to issue me a refund. Avoid.

Great products, awful customer service
My order was confirmed. Several days passed, no updates at all, so I decide to write them an email. No response other than an automated bot.
Couple of days later, I got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to fraud risk (no idea why, this is the very first time I have received such claim, and I always use the same card for online purchases). Even though they gave a refund, I wrote them to ask them why this happened. Guess what, again no response at all, just an automated email.
They seem like an unreachable store, and you simply can't run a business with such awful customer service, doens't matter how great your products may look.
It's up to you if you want to buy from their online store, but if you got any issues or concerns, don't expect them to answer anything
