After 19 days, I still haven’t received my package, and I haven’t received any updates or responses from customer service. This is a package worth over 300 euros, so I would like it to either be resent or refunded. I have ordered from your website before, and everything went smoothly, but this time I don’t understand what’s going on.

ÉDIT The package finally arrived; there was an issue with the carrier, and The Ragged Priest apologized.

Cool AF jumpers, generous sizes and fairly fast delivery too.

used this company in the past and never had issues until recently and seems i’m not the only one judging by other reviews. i bought a jacket that was never shipped had to contact customer service to get a refund and was told it was lost or damaged. so i decided to place the order again as i really wanted this item and same thing happened again! i don't understand why they aren’t processing orders. AVOID!

Made an order on 24/11. Still hadn’t arrived 2 weeks later. Emailed to chase it up, they said it’d must’ve been lost at the warehouse. More stock is coming in in a few weeks would u like a discount. I said I want a refund as the coat was for a trip. They then told me some stock had miraculously come in and they resent the order last Friday. I asked for shipping info and they didn’t get back to me for a few days. I emailed TWICE more to say they’re breaking consumer rights act and I was going to report them to trading standards if my order wasn’t refunded before the weekend. After this I soon got an email offering me a refund. Felt lied to so would never order from this company again

I ordered a jacket on Dec 3rd and paid £6.95 for next day delivery. It's been two weeks and no update and no parcel. I have emailed with no response. Order is simply appearing as 'unfulfilled'. Really disappointing especially around Christmas period.

I used to love my jumpers from Ragged Priest -- cool designs and no wool. But they have changed sizing so the M-XS is enormous. Many of the women's sizes are crop (ok - that's a choice) - but there isn't sizing that works for a smaller woman (size s/m) who doesn't want holes or crop. It's hard to find their old great designs with normal sizing. the most recently jumper was too wide and too short -- unattractive cut. Beautiful sweater I can't wear.

Got some standard combat jeans on sale last year. I wear them semi-regularly. Unfortunately they are spectacularly non-durable despite appearing to be nice solid denim... I've already had to repair one of the pockets, which fell off, and the waistband seems to be unable to handle the strain of me wearing a belt. Not to mention, the bottoms are fraying too, and I've got absolutely no clue what's causing that. They got caught in a bike chain ONCE. Pretty jeans, but disappointed with the longevity considering the price.

AVOID!!!!! Ordered and paid for a jumper that was in stock so should have been no issues. Patiently waited. Nothing arrived. Chased them by email and finally was told that my order had been cancelled (some vague nondescript issue with the warehouse) - however no email from them informing me of this until I chased them. Payment of my money to their account hadn’t been cancelled though had it!!! Oh no on that front they were very organised - no vague nondescript issue there! Straight out of my account! No jumper and still waiting for my refund. Nicer items available at more reputable places. Don’t give yourself the hassle of dealing with this business no matter how enticing their website and clothing appears. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Still have not my package. Its 1,5 month

I ordered a top on the 20th of October and was told it would take 2 days to deliver. I was given no way to track the order, and after reaching out every 7 days to check on the status (each time being told it will be there in 2 days)
I was eventually told it couldn't be delivered as the phone number I provided was incorrect.
I asked for them to send the number they had, as I didn't believe I gave the wrong number and also explain how a wrong phone number would stop the order being delivered.
I wish I read reviews before ordering from them.
Seems no one is having a good experience with them.

I used to love Ragged Priest. Ordered a top from their new collection and it literally looked like it had been washed multiple times, the quality wasn't there at all. Also had to pay to return, which I don't think you used to do..

I've ordered from Ragged Priest several times, and usually everything went well but this last order was horrible. The appearance and fit of the jeans was nothing like the picture online - I ordered the satellite jeans. Also, it took them a whole month to ship the order. Very disappointing. Never buying from them again.

Ordered a jacket on the 16th of September and I am still waiting!!!! Have had back and forth emails with apologies saying the warehouse was having issues. Have just seen on their instagram story a “gifted” ad from an influencer. Maybe sort out the orders from people who have actually paid you before you send things out as gifts for social media traction.

Ordered on the 9th Oct for next day delivery, still nothing (it's now 21st). Apparently they have issues with their warehouse shipping notifications and that I should get my parcel today/tomorrow, I was told this a week ago and now my emails are getting ignored.

Good piece fast shipping will be buying from them again.
