The site is difficult to navigate through. There are many times I post my notes only to have them upload on my review, but then when checking back on the fairness site, they are not there. Some of my clients have not been notified of upcoming appointments, I am not being notified of 90 day treatment plans, and communication between my office and me are less than fine.

Frustration Logging On
There are times that I cannot get on Theranest. Other times I can log on and move to a client form, then the screen will go blank and freeze. Each time this happens I have too hit the X and start over again with login. This will take several efforts to get the website to respond apparently. This is frustrating and waste time.

Poor, almost non existent support staff. I donât like the schedule updates, how to select times and services. But, thatâs how itâs always been with your company. Fortunately, I have made it work for me and the cost is reasonable. The paperwork aspect works for me and my clients. Theranest is better than the ones I previously tried.
