The G hotel Rang me back today and I accepted there apologies ...As there stuck in the middle of this drama and i understand there position...But at least they had the balls to ring me ....So thank you to Christina at the G hotel Galway...unlike you Woucher...Shame on you ....Hiding behind terms and conditions and what's app....

I want to add that this booking was affected by a family bereavement. I contacted both Wowcher and @The G Hotel Galway,and the hotel confirmed that date changes are possible if booked directly — but because I booked through Wowcher, they refused to help and told me to contact Wowcher.
Wowcher have refused all flexibility, even in a bereavement situation, and publicly replied saying “no cancellations or changes once redeemed.”
I find this extremely cold and unreasonable. I am now being forced to attend the booking just so I don’t lose my €269.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, especially at such a difficult time.
--Terrible Terrible company...have a problem my nephew died and i have a hotel booking i need to cancel ... and trying to contact them for 2 days via whats app ...there only contact in Ireland 🇮🇪...nobody ever answers not even a bot ..how can you run a company like this is beyond me....G hotel Ireland useless also....they wont go out of there way either ..given the run around....What ever happened to good customer service ....

Wowcher have replied again with the exact same generic message, completely ignoring the fact that this is a bereavement case and that the G Hotel told me the date is only blocked because it was booked through Wowcher. No actual support or review of my situation has been provided.
