Anne is the most genuine person you could meet, she has a way to make you feel completely at ease straight away, always with absolutely no judgement and in the most calming and serene environment. Sessions are adapted to your own needs to enable you to get the most out of your sessions. You won’t find anywhere with such a personal and caring touch. A completey unique and safe space. Highly rexommmend.

What an experience!!!

I honestly did not know what to expect but from the minute I walked through the door I instantly felt at ease.

Anne is such a warm, welcoming calm lady 💕 which straight away made me feel I was in good hands.

The session I had was adapted to suit me and I felt very comfortable the whole time.

It is an experience I will always be grateful for 🥰

First off its name describes it to a T. It's a little piece of heaven.

Anne is warm, welcoming and you feel like you've known her forever. She puts you at ease straight away and welcomes you with open arms and a kind loving heart ❤️

She's extremely knowledgeable, able to adapt to individuals needs and her whole aim is to give you the best experience you could possibly receive.

She is constantly learning and passing on this learning so she's always got an up to date approach.

I have endless gratitude for Anne.

From our very first session, I felt like I’d known her for years. Her presence is calm, grounding, and genuine — she’s always fully there in the moment with you, and you can feel how much she truly cares. That level of safety and understanding is rare yet it’s something Anne creates so naturally.

She has an incredible ability to read the room and intuitively knows what I need, even when I can’t quite find the words myself. I trust her completely with what I share and the feedback she offers in return, which is very different to my previous therapy experiences.

The progress I’ve made in my self-development journey is something I’m proud of and I know it all stems from Anne’s support and guidance. She’ll be your biggest cheerleader but will also gently steer you to reflect in order to grow, rather than just telling you what you want to hear.
