Tote bag, good quality,love the bee design, beautifully presented, ideal to give as present. Good delivery, was kept well informed.

We saw the tiles spelling out the name " Manchester" at the shop in Manchester Airport, and they looked great ! ( Bit heavy to carry to Greece and back though !) When we returned I ordered the set, and these were delivered by private car to my home address days later. The quality of the tiles is fantastic, and the service offered by this company is simply brilliant. If you want a very unusual, personalised gift, (buy your wife her name in tiles for example), this is an excellent option. Six Stars !

Amazing Customer Service. One of the tiles was incorrectly delivered as a different letter, I emailed and within 10 minutes got a phone call to apologise and the correct time was sent out for next day delivery! Couldn't ask for more. The tiles are lovely and my friend will love them!

I bought a lovely Bee tote bag from their store in Terminal 1 Manchester Airport as a gift for my sister . Thought it was a bit pricey at £20 however the sales assistant said there was a 20% off promotion .
I checked out the website when I came back off holidays and I note the Totes are much cheaper online. As an ex airport employee I’m aware MIA take a percentage of sales made, however the other outlets in the terminal don’t charge more than their high street stores or online prices .

Product looks great and the service was excellent. Product arrived well packaged and promptly.
My only criticism was I thought the tile would be supplied with a display stand. Overall excellent service and an easy ordering experience. Would strongly recommend

Lovely items very unique and very well made

I first saw their products at Terminal one when I was flying out of the country. I took advantage of the special offer they had and bought my daughter a beautiful cup and saucer for her birthday.
I love that the products are locally based, although I'm not sure if they are made and designed in Manchester. I love the quality of the products. I almost bought a Fortnum and Mason mug in the airport for my daughter but glad I didn't. I have since bought a tile for my nieces birthday.

Bought some letter tiles for our home. We absolutely love them . Amazing quality. The customer service really is second to none. Thanks so much.

Quick delivery great product

I incredible service and product

We first experienced The Sculpts through their retail store in Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport where we met Jade (very early in the morning). Blown away with the design and quality of the products. Have ordered various items since then and service/delivery has been exceptional. Nice to be able to support an independent company.

Products are original and high quality. Impressively easy process to purchase and delivered in record time.

I just have to rewrite this review, after a phone call update from Jade at the Sculpts. She clearly explained what went wrong ... simply the courier has messed up (I won't name - but FB has many local stories of woe about many - but not eviry delivery). Jade from the Sculpts was so apologetic and promised to hand deliver my order tomorrow so we get it in time for Xmas... This is so far above and beyond my expectations and the most outstanding customer service I have seen in years.... Merry Christmas and jingle all the way. Thanks Jade you are a shining star
