I purchased the book and a mug online but needed the items as a present for a specific date next week. The personal service was fantastic from Jade, she even arranged for the items to be dropped off at my home this weekend by a relative to ensure I received them in time.

First class service and the items look good quality. Would definitely recommend.

M tile bought as a present for my husband, he loved it, had got it framed in Sale , looks brilliant in the frame as well, framers said the printing on the tiles was of excellent quality, very happy with the purchase.

Im so happy to have come across this amazing concept in John Lewis today. We purchased a fabulous tile for our Manchester themed bathroom. We were served by a lovely friendly lady who talked very passionately about all the products available. I can see this becoming a bit of an expensive obsession. Everything was fantastic, Good luck guys.

I ordered an A4 print, it came very quickly and with lovely packaging. It was in perfect condition, I’m very happy with the product and will definitely be shopping there again.

Super Stylish and unique items. Super well packed and surprisingly excellent service from Hermes! Looove my canary and face vases. Only additional comment would be to add dims of each item would help add context. I thought the face vase was going to be bigger than what it was from viewing the picture. But I still love it.
