What went wrong you ask, umm try 10 days from ordering to delivery it's a wonder anyone order's from you.

We can only apologise that you feel you have waited too long for your order. If you contact us we are always happy to check the status of your order if you feel you have waited a long time as often it is due to a courier delay not us.

These bags are really strong

This bag is very useful. It is very strong and ideal for large heavy goods.
Ideal for supermarket shops and looks good to carry round.
I love them!!

Great bags

Great bags, good selection, quick delivery and reasonable postage. I bought bags a long time ago when they were the good bag company. Nice to know they are still in business.

Delivery very slow

Can't complain about the actual bag, it's great quality and I have bought many of them. I am very disappointed with the time it took to get the bag.
On the website it says 48hr tracked. I ordered the bag as a gift for my cousin early (before 9am) on Monday morning. It has just arrived today, Saturday afternoon and was not dispatched until Thursday 27th. It was needed yesterday Friday. It has arrived too late now.

Sincere apologies Jayne, my wife was in hospital for an op this week which has put us behind on shipping - it arrived in 5 days from order, which is longer than we would usually achieve.
I've refunded you the postage charge as a gesture but if you do want to return the bag also please contact us - sales@thesebagsaregreat.co.uk.
Otherwise we're pleased you're happy with the quality but sorry again about the delivery time.
