Hi Liz, thanks for your feedback. Our nametags are made from thin PVC plastic, but they are still sturdy and will last a long time when applied correctly. If you're having some problems, please email sales@mynametags.mt and we can assist further.

Hi Janet, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear the nametags are falling off. For items, please make sure they are being stuck to a flat, clean, and dry surface. For clothing, please put the stickers on the care label of clothes - they should not go directly onto the fabric itself. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you are unhappy with the design of the labels.
Due to various factors, such as screen brightness and contrast levels on the device you have ordered on, the labels can differ which changes the colour you are viewing. We ask customers to please ensure that you use suitable contrasting colours when designing your product.
