Dropped by the flagship store to check out shirts and pants for a formal event.
Staff member Onie was very patient in explaining the various models of shirts (e.g bamboo vs cotton) available and was very helpful to assess my size and fit when I was trying out their products.
Onie was also very clear in explaining the fitting process as well as the alteration pricing costs.
For a person who doesn't wear formal often, the experience gave me a clearer understand of the process and material.
Would recommend especially if you are new like me who needs a formal set for the first time in your life.

Very helpful and attentive service by Ms Onie at Isetan Scotts! She gave helpful advice and was very patient as we went through various designs and sizes!
