Very good customer service
Bought a shirt online. Had the correct street address, but one digit off on the zip code. I emailed TSB to let them know about the error. The package was correctly delivered, and they messaged me on WhatsApp that day to confirm that I received.

Recently got their Italian fabric shirts love the design and quality of material. Pricy but imo worth every penny as given my size it’s really hard to find nice fitting shirts that don’t require custom tailoring.

Agnes at Jewel Changi outlet gave good advice on the kind of clothes which I ahould wear, in particular the bamboo flexi waist pants and bamboo shirts. Good products and service!

Had been a member for a long time. Never fail my expectations. Great quality suits and shirts for the price. Eco-OL is amazing for the hot weather. Service is great. No hard sell, very helpful. Will come back many more times.

Had a great experience with salina, her welcome hello was warm and that stopped us to have a look at the selection and made the purchased.
A very well tailored menswear and good quality fabric to boot, will definitely be back.
